1. What HeyRoasty Does
HeyRoasty analyzes publicly accessible websites using automated tools and AI models to generate critiques of design, performance, accessibility, and SEO. Results are AI-generated opinions, not professional audits — see our AI Accuracy Disclaimer for details.
2. Who Can Use HeyRoasty
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
HeyRoasty is designed strictly for legitimate web design, user experience, conversion rate optimization, and performance analysis. You agree not to submit or analyze websites containing:
- Adult & Sexually Explicit Material: Pornography, adult entertainment, escort/webcam services, sexually explicit content, or age-restricted material.
- Illegal or Unlawful Content: Fraudulent schemes, scams, malware, phishing, unlicensed gambling, or illicit goods.
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Content promoting discrimination, violence, or targeting private individuals.
- URLs you do not have authorization to analyze or for malicious harassment purposes.
- Automated bots, scrapers, or scripts designed to abuse the free tier, bypass rate limits, or circumvent security protections.
We employ automated pre-flight domain filtering, DNS reputation checks, and image safety moderation. Submissions violating these policies will be blocked immediately without processing, and associated accounts or IPs may be permanently banned.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.
6. Intellectual Property
The HeyRoasty name, branding, and underlying software are our property. Roast content generated for your own submitted URLs is yours to share and use freely (e.g. for social media, portfolios). We may use anonymized or aggregated data (not tied to your identity) to improve the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated roasts or scores. See our AI Accuracy Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyRoasty and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on roast content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Reporting Abuse & Misuse
If you discover content on HeyRoasty that shouldn't be here (such as roasts targeting a private individual, copyright or trademark infringement, or inappropriate submissions), please report it directly to us at hello@heyroasty.com. We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action, including content removal.
