No Refunds, Cancel Anytime
HeyRoasty subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Because our Service delivers value immediately (AI-generated analysis, available as soon as you submit a URL), we do not offer refunds for partial or unused subscription periods.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You will not be billed again going forward
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refund is issued for the remaining days in that period
Exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a billing issue on our end), please contact us at hello@heyroasty.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.
Free Tier
Our free tier requires no payment and is not subject to this policy.
